Reiki with Meg Lajoie
I have my Reiki level one and two certification in the Usui System of Natural Healing. I also like to apply an approach that I call “healing hands”. During my practice my hands are intuitively drawn to areas where, with gentle touch, I can direct energy to aid the process of healing. This practice is a blend of intuition and intention.

Massage with Audrey Barber
My treatments focus on improving optimal posture and long-term wellness using a holistic and caring approach, inspired by Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. I aim to address each individual’s specific concerns by taking a look at all the factors that can be affecting their well-being. Although I specialize in deep-tissue and specific treatment, I incorporate many different styles of massage and touch into my treatments – including Myofascial release, Lomi-Lomi, Swedish, Thai, sports massage and Indian head massage.
When I am not massaging or dancing, I enjoy being in the forest or at the ocean, reading, meditating and cooking!

Reiki with Ashley Campbell
An invitation to connect, explore, and release. Like a dream, suspended in time, floating on love
and pure intention. Ashley draws on the power of Reiki to create openings and release
blockages, so that healing energies may flow freely, restoring balance to body, mind, and soul.
Mother, healer, and children’s yoga teacher. Ashley is a lover of love. Inspired by simplicity and
magic. When not dreaming of horses and gallivanting in the forest, Ashley can be found
cheering for her boys, or gathering faery offerings, with her daughter, on their way home from
the bus. Ashley first stumbled upon Reiki, on a whim, as a skeptic, however, immediately fell in
love with its transformational prowess.

Massage with Michelle Wallace
“There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophies” ~ Friedrich Nietzche
In Western society we are not taught to listen to our bodies. We are taught, instead, to trust pills and well-educated professionals who, instead, are the experts. To educate ourselves is to become empowered. For only then can we be at the forefront of our own health, taking better control and responsibility for what our bodies are telling us.
Michelle brings her knowledge of anatomy as well as her well developed intuition to her 8 years as a massage therapist. She practices in Halifax where her passion is women’s health. As a feminist, her love for helping in the empowerment of women runs deep. She has trained as a doula and she hopes to one day further her career in becoming a midwife.

Acupuncture and Reiki with Zoe Macdonald
Zoe lives on the South Shore with her fella’ and two free range kids in a tiny house (not to be confused with a tiny-house) near the water. Music, walking in the woods, dancing, laughter, good food and tea are some of the things she loves best. She also loves helping people make improvements with their health, and she works in Mahone Bay.
As a registered acupuncturist and reiki practitioner, Zoe gathers information by way of listening, looking and using her hands to gently palpate and notice where your body’s Qi is not moving in the best way.
Qi is often translated as “energy”, but can also be viewed as a type of bio-electricity that works in tandem with our blood to nourish and instruct the cells, tissues and organs of our bodies. When it becomes blocked or sluggish, uncomfortable symptoms and illness result.
In treatment, she blends acupuncture, acupressure and energy work to encourage Qi’s movement along specific natural pathways, activating your body’s innate capacity for self-healing.
As a holistic medicine, the applications for acupuncture are varied and many, and can include resolution of symptoms such as pain, digestive issues, menstrual irregularities, menopausal symptoms, anxiety, depression and more. Because of its ability to bring us into parasympathetic mode, many people find acupuncture very relaxing and leave treatment with a sense of restoration and peace.

Soul Retrieval with Beth Lenco
Beth assists people in their awakening/empowerment process though the shamanic therapies of soul retrieval, compassionate depossession, and power animal retrieval. She recognizes and works with the ancestral elements in one’s genetic line, releasing chords, contracts, and trauma from blood lineages and spiritual ancestry, as well as addressing past life and karmic influences. By invoking the helping and loving ancestors, one’s life is further supported.
During this magical weekend Beth will be offering healing ceremonies of release and renewal, engaging the light body, and gently liberating what is asking to be free. A synthesis of shamanic and energy practices will call the whole body, earth, and soul, to a place of deeper integration.
The sessions are non-dual, where all aspects of the person/universe are seen as gifts and blessings, and all is held in a welcoming field.
Beth has been offering shamanic healing and training since 2006, is a certified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner, and has been a contributing artist to the We’Moon calendars since 2009. She lives on the Aspotogan.
